We have chosen the start time for the meetings to make it possible for our very international membership to attend.
FORMAT:
90-minute meeting: policy proposals30-minute break (Coffee Talk!, etc.)60-minute meeting: reports, voting, etc.
We have structured the agendas for each meeting so that attendees can plan, especially since we know not everyone will be able to attend the entirety of each 3 hour meeting. Policy proposals will be presented and discussed in the first half of each meeting so that everyone will be able to participate in the decision-making process.
