Brief Description of Event: 

Ob in Freizeit oder im Beruf: wir spielen viele Rollen. Manche haben wir selbst gewählt, andere wurden uns übergestülpt. Manche sind uns bewußt und andere nicht. Woran merke ich körperlich, in welcher Rolle ich stecke? Auf Basis des Alexander Prinzips erforschen wir, wie wir in sozialen Interaktionen gewohnheitsmässig reagieren. Mit der Lust am Improvisieren und der Übertreibung, probieren wir einfach mal das Gegenteil. Große Gefühle und die kleinsten Bewegungen, die mich in Kontakt bringen mit meinem kreatives Potential, Vitalität und Beweglichkeit; hautnah erlebbar- physisch und mental. Um neue Erfahrungen zu schaffen, nutzen wir vor allem Wahrnehmungsspiele und Körperarbeit (Schauspieltechniken von S. Meisner und M. Tschechov (Grundübungen) in ihrer Schnittstelle mit der F.M. AlexanderTechnik).Eine Woche voller Theatermomente, Innehalten und Applaus.
